Function

To provide psychological, social, and legal services to victims of federal crimes.

Goals

  1. To act as a division of the National System for Victim Aid.

  2. To guarantee the representation and direct participation of victims and civil society organizations in the National System for Victim Aid by intervening in the creation of public policies.

  3. To monitor, supervise, and evaluate member institutions of the National System for Victim Aid in order to guarantee transparency in their actions.

  4. Execute the functions and duties granted by the General Act for Victims, as well as other applicable responsibilities.

  5. Provide aid to victims of federal crimes.
