DISABLE PASSENGERS

Currently the AICM is fully committed to providing universal access inside/outside Terminal Building to serve needs for the disable, expectant mothers and the elderly while remaining at the premises.
In order to achieve these goals the AICM has the infrastructure to providing access to all public facilities and services especially in critical points of passengers flow, as well as exclusive facilities such as: |

| Elevators. Located in concourses A, B, D, E1, E3, F1, G, H, M1 and M2. |

Moving Sidewalk. Located at boarding gateways of the International Section to ease far reaching points. This slow conveyor belt allows riders to walk or stand.
Escalators and Ramps. For a more comfortable transit to upper or lower levels of the Terminal . These are located at concourses A, B, D, E1, E2, F1, M1 and M2 . |

Electric Stairways and Ramps. To ease reachng upper and lower levels in Main Terminal. Located in concourses A, B, D, E1, E2, F1, M1 and M2. |

.Public Telephones.In all terminals, wheelchair accessible located in all waiting areas and throughout Terminal Building. |
|
Restrooms. Fully accessible with toilet stalls for individuals with disabilities. Baby changing stations are also available. Location: concourses A, D, E1, E3, G, H, J, M1, M2, Foreign Buses Terminal, and gateway boarding waiting areas. |

Ramps. To acces Main Terminal, outside building as well as a vehicle ramp to interntional entrances. |

Airport Support Vehicles. For a more comfortable transportation for disable people, elderly and pregnant women inside AICM. Free of charge service. |

Parking Spots. Located near ramps, elevators and entrances, to privilage the disable, elderly and expectant mothers. |
In addition, airlines service passengers with preferable policies to people with said characteristics such as wheelchairs, special attendance to check luggages and boarding facilities. For further information, please contact your airline.. |
