If you have left your baggage or some other object at the Revision Screens or SUEs you can ask at the Lost Property office if they are there. In this case the following documentation must be presented.
One copy of identification papers
One copy of boarding pass
List of contents of baggage
Simple power of attorney, when the baggage, lost or retained article is collected by a person who is not the owner
You have 2 months to recover baggage or retained objects with a voucher.
Apart from the previous requirements, when reclaiming objects valued over $500.00 Mexican Pesos you must also present a copy of the receipt or purchase ticket in order to establish ownership.
The Lost Property office in both terminals receives the objects left in the following Areas and Entities 15 working days later:
Authorized Airport Taxis
Migration
Customs

To obtain information on Lost Objects in the places mentioned above or to reclaim these in our offices it is essential allow for the above mentioned time period. If you need immediate details you should proceed to the offices corresponding to these entities and with respect to objects left in taxis you have to go to the Land Transport office.
To reclaim objects that were left on the plane you must go directly to the airline which is immediately responsible and who have their own control office.
