In case items are misplaced, left behind  or lost in hallways or X-Ray machines at checkpoint, passengers may inquire at the Lost & Found Office and claim them if located, in order to do so passenger must provide the following: One copy of personal id. One copy of boarding pass. State where the item was lost and specify contents.

Please be aware that time limit for claiming lost items is of a three months period.

If luggage is impound for lacking declaration or if considered a hazardous/dangerous item a claim ticket will be handed, once security clearance is due luggage will be returned to owner.The claim ticket has a term period of 40 days.
