Information points

Terminal 1

There are six information points in Terminal 1 which provide help and guidance on flight arrival and departure times, airlines, government offices, baggage claim, paging service and information on other services provided at the airport.  The locations of each information point are listed below:

Fox counter. Reference: Located opposite Bus Terminal bridge next to the area of fast food, Terminal 1, Schedule: 6:30 to 22:00 hours, 365 days a year. Phone: 2482-2400 Ext. 2727.

Gate A1, domestic arrivals.  Reference: under the escalators.  Schedule: 6:30 to 22:00 hours, 365 days a year.  Phone: 2482-2400 Ext. 2259 and 2588.

Gate E1, international arrivals from Central and South America.  Reference: international walkway, gate E1, Schedule: 6:30 to 22:00 hours, 365 days a year.  Phone: 2482-2400 Ext. 2288 and 2341.

Gate E1.  Reference: in the middle of pre-waiting area of gate B.  Schedule: 6:30 to 22:00 hours, 365 days a year.  Phone: 2482-2400 Ext. 2414 and 2387.

Final waiting area 19 (international).  Reference: next to gate M2.  Schedule: 6:30 to 22:00 hours, 365 days a year.  Phone: 2482-2400 Ext. 2208 and 2295.

* The information points of the final waiting areas B, 19, 26 and 29 for international flights are located in the sterile areas.

Terminal 2

There are six information points in Terminal 2 which provide help and guidance on flight arrival and departure times, airlines, government offices, baggage claim, paging service and information on other services provided at the airport.
